Graham Bowcock

Managing Director
Graham studied Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, before starting his career in land agency in Cheshire.
He later advised the Co-operative Group and founded A G Bowcock & Co in 1992, which became part of Berrys, where he was a Partner until 2018.
Graham now leads Oakwood Property Services, specialising in valuations across the North West and North Wales, with extensive experience acting for private clients, family businesses and national organisations.
Lydia Sirovica
MRICS, BA (Hons), PgD
Associate
Lydia oversees our property management portfolio, supporting both property owners and tenants. As a Chartered Surveyor, she takes a proactive and strategic approach to property management, maintenance and compliance.
Lydia also supervises the lettings process, carefully screening tenants for long-term suitability and ensuring all properties meet current legislation and standards.
Lydia achieved a distinction in her PgD in Real Estate and Property Management at the University of Salford and is now a qualified RICS Chartered Surveyor.
Melodie Dennett-Orset

Melodie is a dedicated Surveyor at Oakwood who brings strong technical capability and a confident, solutions-focused approach to every project.
She plays a key role in inspections, reporting, and project coordination, consistently delivering work that is clear, accurate, and dependable.
Actively progressing through her APC, Melodie is passionate about expanding her expertise and contributing meaningful insight across both residential and commercial instructions.
Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to client service make her a valuable and trusted member of the Oakwood team.

Sophie joined Oakwood in 2025, bringing with her a diverse background across tech, operations, and events.
With a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to communication, she oversees all aspects of our marketing and events, from brand strategy and social media to organising client events and campaigns.
Sophie is passionate about connecting people and telling Oakwood’s story in a meaningful way.
