Oakwood HQ is located in Altrincham town centre, a thriving market town in Trafford. Our office sits within Station House, one of Bruntwood’s modern offerings. Many of us work flexibly from home a few times a week and are often on the road undertaking property inspections, meeting clients and keeping up to speed with the ever changing market.

Graham Bowcock

Managing Director

Graham Bowcock is a Shropshire farmer’s son (but points out he was born in Chester) who studied Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. He returned to Cheshire to work in land agency before spending three years with Co-operative Group, advising on their extensive rural estate and farming portfolio across the UK. He subsequently established A G Bowcock and Co in 1992 and after various mergers became part of surveyors Berrys in 2001, retiring from the Partnership in 2018. He has now created Oakwood Property Services to specialise in valuations and associated professional work in the north West and North Wales. Graham has significant property experience and has undertaken hundreds of property valuations in his career. His clients include private individuals, family enterprises and household name organisations. 

Andrew Aspinall

Andrew has a depth of property experience across a wide range of property sectors and classes. In his previous role as National Asset Manager for the Co-operative Group he was responsible for the valuation and strategic management of more than 20,000 freehold acres of farmland, including over 100 residential properties and a commercial investment portfolio valued in excess of £100,000,000.

Andrew has a wealth of experience in structuring, managing and negotiating complex property transactions to achieve best value. Andrew has experience in the preparation of Expert Witness reports for metrimonial and other Court related purposes covering commercial and residential property. 

Lydia Sirovica

BA (Hons) PgD


Lydia oversees our property management portfolio supporting the needs of both property owners and rental tenants. Lydia is committed to maintaining properties to high standards and tackling maintenance issues with a strategic approach. Lydia also supervises the lettings process, screening tenants for long term suitability and ensuring property standards and legislation is adhered to. Lydia has recently achieved a distinction award for her PgD at Salford University in Real Estate and Property Management and continues to work towards qualifying as a RICS chartered surveyor.  

Sophie Kitching


Property Manager

Sophie has recently joined Oakwood to assist with business development. This involves arranging networking events, booking seminars and building relationships with prospects. Sophie oversees our social media platforms and creates content for the website as well as assisting with preparing our monthly newsletters. Sophie also gets involved with the day to day maintenance of our managed properties; liaising with tenants to help resolve any issues, arranging repairs and ensuring compliance in matters such as health and safety.


Ruby Lumley- Godfree

BA (Hons)


Meet Ruby, our latest addition to the Oakwood Team! Ruby’s role includes managing our accounts, rent collection and office account management. She has also recently started the process of business systemisation to ensure we continue to meet our clients needs. Her experience and passion for excellent customer service has also ensured this.
