Oakwood HQ is located in Altrincham town centre, a thriving market town in Trafford. Our office sits within Station House, one of Bruntwood’s modern offerings. Many of us work flexibly from home a few times a week and are often on the road undertaking property inspections, meeting clients and keeping up to speed with the ever changing market.
Graham Bowcock
Graham Bowcock is a Shropshire farmer’s son (but points out he was born in Chester) who studied Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester.
He returned to Cheshire to work in land agency before spending three years with Co-operative Group, advising on their extensive rural estate and farming portfolio across the UK.
He subsequently established A G Bowcock and Co in 1992 and after various mergers became part of surveyors Berrys in 2001, retiring from the Partnership in 2018. He has now created Oakwood Property Services to specialise in valuations and associated professional work in the north West and North Wales.
Graham has significant property experience and has undertaken hundreds of property valuations in his career. His clients include private individuals, family enterprises and household name organisations.
Lydia Sirovica

Associate
Lydia oversees our property management portfolio supporting the needs of both property owners and rental tenants. Lydia is committed to maintaining properties to high standards and tackling maintenance issues with a strategic approach.
Lydia also supervises the lettings process, screening tenants for long term suitability and ensuring property standards and legislation is adhered to.
Lydia has recently achieved a distinction award for her PgD at Salford University in Real Estate and Property Management and continues to work towards qualifying as a RICS chartered surveyor.
Ruby Lumley-Godfree

Business Manager
As Oakwood’s Business Manager, Ruby is at the heart of the firm’s daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
She oversees the company’s finances with care and precision, keeping budgets, invoices, and accounts organised and up to date.
Ruby is also the first friendly voice clients hear on the phone, providing helpful support and clear communication from the outset.
Her organised, proactive nature and genuine commitment to excellent service help maintain Oakwood’s high standards and keep the business running with confidence and ease.
Sophie Hargreaves

Sophie joined Oakwood in 2025, bringing with her a diverse background across tech, operations, and events.
With a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to communication, she oversees all aspects of our marketing and events, from brand strategy and social media to organising client events and campaigns.
Sophie is passionate about connecting people and telling Oakwood’s story in a meaningful way.

She plays a key role in inspections, reporting, and project coordination, consistently delivering work that is clear, accurate, and dependable.
Actively progressing through her APC, Melodie is passionate about expanding her expertise and contributing meaningful insight across both residential and commercial instructions.
Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to client service make her a valuable and trusted member of the Oakwood team.
Dudley
Chief Morale Officer
Dudley is a much-loved member of the Oakwood team. As our resident office dog, his responsibilities include greeting visitors, boosting team morale, and keeping spirits high (usually in exchange for treats).
Whether he’s snoozing in the corner or supervising meetings, Dudley brings a bit of joy and a lot of tail wags to the office every day..
